Steve Pike
Chief Executive Officer
Steve Pike has a strong background developing high-growth companies and expanding core ecommerce technologies. As an executive with BeFree, Open Market and Revtrax, he helped develop markets and applications for ecommerce platforms, pay-per-performance marketing, affiliate marketing and managed search. He is widely considered an expert at leveraging web platforms and analytics to drive in-store sales.
Steve’s extensive experience spans several decades of rapid advancement. As an executive with original technology stalwarts such as Sun Microsystems , Apollo and Bay Networks. Steve lead worldwide services sectors and was responsible for business development that created exponential growth and market expansion.
As Director of Technical Services, Steve was directly responsible for developing emerging and maturing ecommerce platforms including analytics and vendor management software. His leadership contributions included P&L as well as employee retention and development, where his background in strategic development & organizational consulting was recognized via several advancements.
Seeing the opportunity for a different kind of Talent Management focused on dedicated service and high ROI, Steve founded Clear Path Recruiting in 2010.
Ken Gys
VP of Recruiting & Operations
Ken has more than 13 years of experience as a talent acquisition consultant, agency recruiter, contract recruiter, corporate recruiter and was one of the youngest district managers for a $20M HR consulting company at the age of 34. His expertise includes high technology, sales, healthcare information technology, financial services, and professional services. Ken has supported and lead staffing projects for companies such as Systinet (now HP Software), IBM Software, Capital One, Sapient, Wipro Technologies, Monster.com and many Fortune 500 companies.
Ken holds a BS degree from the University of Lowell (now UMass-Lowell) in Industrial Technology and currently lives in Dracut, MA with his wife Demetra and their two teenage boys Andrew and Evan. He is still a competitive amateur golfer with a +1 handicap and plays in many MGA and USGA championships. He is also an 11-time club champion.
